 Esther Onono-Yarrington’s work sits at the intersection of leadership, psychology, spirituality, identity, and transformation.

After more than two decades in nursing and mental health, Esther came to understand that many accomplished women do not need another lesson in how to work harder, perform better, or become more productive. They need permission and a framework to stop building their lives from identities formed in survival.
